What is our Perfume Guarantee?

We know finding the perfect scent can be tricky.

That’s why we created Perfume Guarantee — a hassle-free way to exchange your perfume if you're not completely satisfied with your online purchase.

How it works 

  1. We’ll include a matching 2ml perfume sample alongside your full-size 50ml perfume purchase. 
  2. If, after trying your sample, you decide the fragrance is not for you, simply let us know by emailing: enquiries@theraconteur.co
  3. Our customer care team will respond to your request within 3 business days of submission, detailing next steps, including information on where to return your perfume. 

Eligibility and conditions

  • Perfume Guarantee is exchange only.
  • Please note that returns must be initiated within 30 days of receipt of your goods. 
  • Your perfume must be unopened and remain sealed in its original packaging (exchanges will not be considered where packaging has been damaged or compromised or has been opened and resealed). 
  • Please include a copy of your receipt.
  • No returns on sale items.
  • Available for The Raconteur online orders only.

  • The cost of returning your purchase to us is at your expense. Unfortunately, we do not cover the cost of Perfume Guarantee returns.
