The Royal Mail Hotel at Dunkeld is home to one of Australia’s most celebrated kitchen gardens — a living larder of generous rows that feed guests and frame sweeping views to Mount Sturgeon (Wurgarri), where nature is both guest and host.
This candle is inspired by that union: bright citrus and cool mint entwined with rhubarb and sunlit rows of fresh herbs. A landscape of fragrance and stillness that speaks to verdant figs, local roses and wild eucalypt forests.
