Last month, our Nose(y) Club began with four exceptional Pinot Noirs from our neighbours in the Coal River Valley. Together, we discovered why so many perfumers are captivated by Pinot Noir.

Its perfume. Its delicacy. Its remarkable expression of place. The response was overwhelming. So, by popular demand, we’re taking the journey a little further.

This month, Nose(y) Club travels beyond our own valley to discover five more of Tasmania’s most acclaimed Pinot Noir estates—each led by owner-winemakers whose vineyards, craftsmanship and quiet pursuit of excellence have earned the respect of critics across Australia.

Like perfumery, great Pinot Noir isn’t made in a day. It’s shaped by seasons, a vineyard, a philosophy. Hundreds of thoughtful decisions. Together, they create something that could only have come from one place—and one pair of hands.
