Sensory First Aid Kit - Part 2
There couldn’t be better time to reconnect with nature. Whether it’s bush walking amongst stoic ironbarks, forest bathing in lush fern gullies, or crunching gravel pathways amongst the gums at your local botanical gardens - all offer a calming, grounding and uplifting sanctuary.
Whereas the bush was one of the most dangerous places to be during the summer, and our cities were safe, it is now the reverse. Urban density poses a greater danger and our remote landscapes offer safer refuge. Barely a month on from our darkest summer, the resilience of our landscape is a source of great inspiration during these times. Green shoots are emerging everywhere. The quiet beauty of what has always been there is calling.
