Nose(y) Club - Rosé

This Saturday, Nose(y) Club is seeing pink.
We’re pouring something rather special: the 2017 Radenti Vintage Sparkling Rosé from Freycinet Vineyard on Tasmania’s East Coast.
Radenti has been making sparkling wine since 1993 and was the first premium sparkling produced on Tasmania’s East Coast. One of Australia’s rare grower-producer sparklings, everything begins with fruit grown in Freycinet’s own vineyard.
And the 2017 Rosé is particularly special.
Pale salmon pink. Fine bubbles. Strawberry and raspberry. Brioche, citrus and a deliciously savoury, saline edge. It was named Best Sparkling Rosé at the 2024 Australian Sparkling Wine Show — and then went one better, taking the Dr Tony Jordan Trophy for Best Sparkling at the 2025 Melbourne Royal Wine Awards.
So naturally, we thought you should taste it.
But there’s another reason we’ve chosen rosé.
The following day, something rather less well behaved arrives at The Raconteur.

SALT ROSE MUTINY
Our newest fragrance takes rosa damascena — the oldest rose in the perfumer’s palette — and sends it to the coast with sea salt, bergamot, cedarwood and amber.
So this Saturday we’re giving Nose(y) Club members a little preview. A celebrated Tasmanian
sparkling rosé in your glass. A rebellious Tasmanian rose on your skin.
Two expressions of rose.
Two unique Tasmanian stories.
One rather Nose(y) Saturday.
