A Book Launch, Birthday & Bounty of New Scents

Mandy Aftel is regarded as one of the world’s pre-eminent natural perfumers, in fact, to most of us in this industry, she’s known as the “Queen of Naturals”. Vanity Fair calls her “an angel of alchemy”, Vogue calls her one of the industry’s most prolific talents, and Forbes ranks her as one of the top 7 perfumers in the world. Her private scent museum in Berkeley, California has been featured in the New York Times, Goop, Vogue and, of course, by Oprah. To put it mildly, she’s a living legend among perfumers.

Mandy was my teacher, and today I count her as a mentor. She’s helped guide me, and thousands of others, as we’ve embarked on our scented journeys as perfumers.

I’m very honoured to announce that on Saturday 18 November I’ll be hosting Mandy’s new book launch “The Museum of Scent” with a live cross to her in San Francisco. She’ll take us on a brief tour of her private scent museum, followed by a Q&A and a deep dive into smelling 4 beautiful essential oils.
It’s also the Embassy’s 2nd birthday on 18 November.
We’ll be celebrating. Drinks will be served.
All attendees will receive a signed copy of Mandy’s new book and a Discovery Set Box of our 3 new eau de parfums that we’re launching on 9 November.
